I. The Age Covenant

  • ◈All members must be 18 years of age or older. No exceptions.
  • ◈Age verification may be requested by moderators at any time.
  • ◈Providing false age information will result in immediate and permanent banishment.

II. Respect & Conduct

  • ◈Treat all members with dignity and respect, both in-character and out-of-character.
  • ◈Harassment, bullying, or targeted hostility toward another member is forbidden.
  • ◈Out-of-character drama should never bleed into roleplay channels.
  • ◈Respect personal boundaries — if someone is uncomfortable, stop immediately.

III. Roleplay Standards

  • ◈Maintain a minimum of two paragraphs per roleplay post to ensure quality storytelling.
  • ◈No god-modding, power-gaming, or meta-gaming. Your character is not omnipotent.
  • ◈Character death requires mutual consent unless in designated PvP zones.
  • ◈All adult scenes must be conducted in designated NSFW channels only.

IV. Consent in All Things

  • ◈All adult or intimate roleplay requires explicit out-of-character consent from all parties.
  • ◈Any participant may withdraw consent at any time without penalty.
  • ◈Consent cannot be assumed from silence — it must be clearly communicated.
  • ◈Certain extreme themes are strictly prohibited. See the full content guidelines in Discord.

V. Character Creation

  • ◈Characters must be approved by a Lorekeeper before entering active roleplay.
  • ◈All characters must be adults (18+) within the setting's lore.
  • ◈Characters must fit within the established lore and setting of Lumeris.
  • ◈Each member may have up to three active characters at a time.

VI. Channel Etiquette

  • ◈Use the correct channels for their designated purpose.
  • ◈Keep out-of-character chat in OOC channels — use double brackets (( )) if you must break character in RP channels.
  • ◈No spam, excessive tagging, or unsolicited advertisements.
  • ◈Bot commands should be used in the designated bot channel.

VII. Moderation & Enforcement

  • ◈Moderators' decisions are final. Appeals may be submitted through the proper channels.
  • ◈Violations are handled on a three-strike system: Warning → Temporary Exile → Permanent Banishment.
  • ◈Severe violations (threats, doxxing, illegal content) result in immediate permanent banishment.
  • ◈If you witness a violation, report it privately to a moderator — do not publicly call out members.
